Fix J1 to 270° — KiCad uses CLOCKWISE rotation

Root cause: KiCad rotation is clockwise, not CCW.
- 90° CW: port faces +X (RIGHT, into board) — WRONG
- 270° CW: port faces -X (LEFT, toward edge) — CORRECT

Verified against actual pad coordinate transforms.
